Joe Palmer

Joe-Palmer profile imageJoe Palmer has been involved with Electronics equipment since the 6th grade where he won first place in a Science Fair Project using a Crystal Diode Radio. Planning his career in Electronics. he graduated from McNeese State University with an A.S. in Electronics Technology. After graduating in 1997, Joe moved to Houston where he was employed by a safety company repairing and calibrating gas detection equipment.

After 9 years, the company went through a merger and Joe utilized his experience in management and sales to start a Safety Services division for an industrial supply company. After 6 years of hands-on Operations Management, Joe opened Green Light Safety using God-given talents of determination, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to keep customers safe and productive. Working to build customer’s confidence, in the industrial safety products and services, is his main priority.

Joe has been happily married to his beautiful wife since 2003 and has 4 energetic children. Joe says “Having a business is like having children; It’s hard work and you are going to make mistakes, but it is rewarding when they are successful.”

Everett Gutierrez

Everett-Gutierrez profile imageEverett is skilled, knowledgeable, and motivated ; having served in the U.S. Army he acquired the ability to examine opportunities and look for out of the box solutions. Everett has been trained in high level diagnostic testing and has military diplomas from the U.S. Army Signal Corp Training Center in troubleshooting. He has a college degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. Everett is very well cultured having traveled with the Armed Forces. He was part of a diverse electronic semiconductor conglomerate where he worked as a Failure Analysis Engineer managing global accounts domestically and overseas.

Everett’s experience with Gas Detection began in the early 2000’s. He worked maintaining, calibrating, and repairing gas detection meters. He has formal training in OSHA 501 and working knowledge of ISEA, ANSI, and ISO standards. Everett’s commitment to customer satisfaction through simple solutions, efficient processes, and an effective understanding of business has made him a valuable resource for our customers.
